18" round x 2" deep (with handles), this beautiful tray is stained a rich, medium walnut color and personalized with your chosen name/date options. Monogram initial is painted in a light gray and the name and date overlay are black. Colors may be changed upon request. Finished off with industrial iron handles and sealed with a matte polyacrylic finish for protection, this is truly a high-quality and gorgeous piece.
Since we do use natural wood, grain, knots and bumps will vary slightly from tray to tray and they may soak up the stain a little differently. This only adds to the character and beauty of your piece! Tray is recommended for decorative purposes only. It is lightly sealed but as with any wood surface, it will soak up water and potentially leave stains if not cared for correctly.
***HOW TO ORDER***
Add the tray(s) you would like to your cart and proceed to check out. When checking out, you will see an option that says "Add a note to your order". That is where you will add the personalized information for your tray. Please be sure your information is correct BEFORE submitting your order.
WHAT WE NEED:
1. Lettering Color Choices for the monogram, name overlay, and established year. Please choose contrasting colors for the most beautiful outcome.
***If you do not provide lettering color choices, I will make your tray the same colors as the sample shown above (black and light gray).
2. Name(s) exactly how you would like it on the sign (please double check spelling)
3. Monogram letter
4. Established Year
ALL PERSONALIZATION GIVEN WILL BE WRITTEN EXACTLY AS YOU SPELL IT ON YOUR ORDER. So please carefully double-check your names and dates before submitting your order.
**Proofs are not provided unless requested. If you wish to have a mock-up of the layout/font before the painting of your sign is completed, please select that option when checking out. Proof approval is required within 24 hours after it is sent. If no response is given, I will assume everything is good to go and will continue the production process. Proofs will be sent a day or two before the scheduled ship date on your order via the email address on file.
*GIFT ORDERS* I will be happy to ship your purchase wherever you would like it to go and include a gift tag at no additional charge. When checking out, if you are purchasing an item as a gift, please update the shipping address to where the gift needs to be shipped. You will also need to include what you would like the gift tag to say. There will not be any pricing info inside the box.
Any shipping overages will be refunded at time of packaging/shipping. Many times, FedEx will be a more cost effective option for signs that are larger in size or traveling out to the west coast, but my system is unable to calculate FedEx rates at time of order (only USPS rates are given). If you have questions or would prefer I run a manual FedEx rate for comparison, please don’t hesitate to send me an email!
CANCELLING AN ORDER - This can only be done up to 48 hrs after purchase. If a request for a refund is not made within 48 hrs from time of purchase, a store credit will be given.
