Processing Time

Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be ready for shipping. Custom orders may take even longer to complete due to the added design time. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or require additional information.

Payment
We happily accept payments through PayPal as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Payment is required before we can begin work on your custom sign.

CANCELLING AN ORDER - This can only be done up to 48 hrs after purchase. If a request for a refund is not made within 48 hrs from time of purchase, a store credit will be given.
Shipping
*We ship via USPS Priority, which typically takes 2-4 days for delivery once a package is shipped. Tracking information will be emailed at time of shipping. Current turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our items. I apologize, but we are unable to rush any orders at this time due to our schedule being so overbooked with fall orders. We make every effort to get orders shipped as quickly as possible. However, due to such high volumes right now and all our amazing customers, sometimes timelines get pushed out a few days. The scheduled ship date shown on your order is an estimated timeframe that may differ by a few days from the actual ship date.

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our signs we do not accept return or exchanges. However, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so if your order arrives and something is not up to your expectations please send us an email or contact request and we will absolutely work to resolve it and ensure you are pleased with your purchase.

Additional policies
CUSTOM ORDERS: We happily accept a limited number of custom orders each month and love bringing your visions to life. We do offer mockups on custom signs, however payment is required before the design process begins. PLEASE proofread mockups. Upon approval that will be your sign. We do not offer refunds or returns on custom design work, but if something is defective or not to your expectation upon arrival, please send us a message and we will strive to make it right. Custom designs may take longer than our typical turnaround time due to the extra design time involved.

WHOLESALE: We do not offer wholesale at this time.

DISTRESSING: Each sign is UNIQUE. It is impossible to 100% duplicate a sign. The nature of wood can be knotty and that can cause stain and paint to look different. We design with the natural tendencies of the wood in mind and it is our opinion that the character of the wood lends itself to the distressed vintage look we strive for.

Coastal Crafty Mama reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. If order is canceled you will be notified within 48-72 hours of purchase and a full refund will be processed to you.
